How to request deletion

You may delete the data CreatorBlade stores about you at any time. There are three ways to do so:

1. From the CreatorBlade dashboard

Open Settings → Connected Accounts and click "Disconnect all" next to Meta. This immediately removes all stored Page tokens, scheduled posts and cached insights from our servers.

2. From Facebook Settings

Go to facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations, find CreatorBlade and click "Remove". Facebook will notify our servers and we will delete all related data within 24 hours.

3. By email

Send a deletion request to privacy@creatorblade.com with the email address used to sign in. We will reply within 7 days with a confirmation.

What we delete

• OAuth access tokens (user-level and Page-level)
• Connected Facebook Page metadata (id, name, avatar, fan count)
• Linked Instagram Business profile metadata
• All scheduled posts that have not yet been published
• Cached post insights (impressions, reach, reactions)

What we keep

We retain anonymised, aggregated usage logs (e.g. "1 user published 3 posts on 2025-12-01") for billing and analytics purposes for up to 12 months. These records do not contain any Meta-issued identifiers.
